Satisfaction Scores

Every year, Wood’s Homes programs and services are rated by some of their stakeholders using standardized surveys to gauge customer satisfaction. The customers served include children, adolescents, their parent/caregiver, service professionals, health practitioners and funders.

The customer satisfaction detailed in this report pertains to a portion of all Wood’s Homes main customers, namely the client (child or youth), their caregivers and service professionals. The surveys are tailored and used to serve as an indicator of the customers’ views of the programs/services, as well as provide information on program strengths and improvements.
